The role:

As Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide vital support to our teams and customers - managing work orders, liaising with contractors, processing invoices, and ensuring all admin is accurate, timely and customer-focused. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will receive full training and ongoing support from our experienced and friendly Admin team.


What you will be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to surveyors, contractor managers, supervisors, where required.
  • Review all planned, compliance or maintenance programmes and ad hoc orders and ensure contractors receive works order notifications in agreed timeframes.
  • Arrange access to customers' homes for in-house staff for the purposes of undertaking works, inspections, surveys and the like.
  • Administration of mail outs to customers as an introduction to the programme of works, including the use of mail merge.
  • Raise material and tools purchase orders for third party suppliers.


What you will bring:

  • GCSE or O' Level standard or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems to including Microsoft Office- word, excel, outlook.
  • Experience of administration in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in working in a customer focused environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to find solutions.
