The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated paralegal with a background in agricultural or property work. The successful candidate will support fee earners on a range of transactional matters. You’ll work closely with clients on matters such as sales and purchases of farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, rights of way, and rural development.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated paralegal with a background in agricultural or property work. The successful candidate will support fee earners on a range of transactional matters. You’ll work closely with clients on matters such as sales and purchases of farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, rights of way, and rural development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors on complex rural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinancing.
- Assisting with due diligence, preparing contract packs, and reviewing title documents.
- Drafting and preparing leases, tenancy agreements, licences, and other property-related documents.
- Managing client communication and progressing transactions efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
- At least 12 months’ experience in a property legal team.
- Understanding of rural issues and the agricultural sector, or a genuine interest in developing specialist knowledge in this area.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive team player who can work independently when required.
