What is the opportunity?
This is an 18-month apprenticeship where you’ll work toward becoming a Marketing Delivery Manager. This is very project based so you’ll complete a recognised qualification along the way:
Associate project manager / Skills England
This is fully funded – no cost to you – and combine on-the-job learning with structured training.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day
As a Marketing Delivery Apprentice, you will assist our internal creative team with the delivery of our commercial campaigns and one-off projects from start to finish. Your role will help in steering campaign sessions and any necessary one-off briefings, ensuring the team fully understands the objectives and clearly defines actionable steps.
You'll learn to be a key point of contact, ready to address all queries related to the campaign delivery, thanks to your deep involvement in the details. You will supp ort in removing obstacles and blockers, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and with exceptional precision.
This dynamic role ensures that you are always engaged in driving campaigns forward with precision and efficiency, while continuously improving processes and supporting your team. Just a few campaigns you can expect to get involved in:-

What We’re Looking For
We’re not expecting you to be an expert! This is an entry-level role, so we’re looking for potential, not perfection.
Here’s what will help you succeed:
- You don’t already have a Level 4 or higher business or project qualification
- You have the right to work and live in the UK and have lived in the EU/EEA for the last 3 years
- You’re happy to travel to our Corby office (this is a hybrid role)
- You’re a good communicator – both in writing and speaking
- You enjoy learning new things and working with others
- You can organise your time well
- You’re comfortable using a computer
- You’re curious about marketing and might have heard of tools like Trello, Monday.com, or Salesforce – but it’s okay if you haven’t!
- A starting salary of £20,000
