The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a QC Inspector Coordinator to oversee inspection teams and ensure consistent quality surveillance on the Liverpool Bay CCS Transport and Storage Project. You will act as the main technical liaison with Eni UK, coordinating schedules, validating documentation, and driving timely reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate multidisciplinary inspection teams across contractors and suppliers

• Represent Eni during Kick-off, Pre-Inspection, and quality assurance meetings

• Mobilize and support inspectors to meet project phases and quality plans

• Validate inspection documentation (QCP/ITP, NDT, welding qualifications, material certificates)

• Manage and review daily/weekly quality reports, ensuring timely delivery to the client

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to address quality issues and non-conformities

• Maintain communication with Eni’s QA/QC and project teams, escalating concerns as needed

• Support closure of NCRs and inspection release notes


Who We’re Looking For:


• Proven experience coordinating inspection teams on large-scale Oil & Gas or industrial projects, ideally CCS-related

• Skilled in managing suppliers and contractors internationally

• Knowledge of QA/QC standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO/TS 29001, ISO 9712)

• Understanding of multidisciplinary inspection scopes: mechanical, piping, welding, coating, E&I, NDT

• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage technical documentation and support remote inspectors


Desirable Qualifications:


• Extensive experience in inspection coordination or similar roles

• Engineering or technical degree

• Formal QA/QC or project inspection management training

• Experience with inspection planning and reporting tools
