Junior Concept Artist (Contract, Medieval)

Role Description

We're seeking talented junior concept artists to assist with the creation of various artworks for use in Contingent, a dark ages medieval melee slasher, combined with RTS and grand strategy. The artist will be overseen directly by both the director and the 2D Art Lead for the project.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 2D art and concept art
• Comfortable working on both characters and environments
• Comfortable working with oil-like brushes
• Solid understanding of light and perspective
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with dark age Europe (circa. 500-600 CE/AD) is a huge plus
• Must speak conversational English
