We are looking for a Volunteer to join the Health and Safety team at RDaSH to support the day to day running of the Health and Safety Team by providing administrative support.
Minimum commitment of 2 days.

- The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
- Responding to enquiries in a polite manner and ensuring an appropriate response is initiated.
- Organising and booking health and safety inspections for Health and Safety Officers.
- Chasing outstanding actions / recommendations from inspection reports with service contacts. Logging the information received and updating the Excel database.
- Logging and filing (electronically and manually) risk assessments.
- Preparing materials for training courses
- Photocopying
- Report any concerns to the Supervisor / Service Manager
- Ad-hoc administration duties required to support admin function
