About The Role

As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-potential opportunities across key markets. This is a results-oriented role for professionals who thrive on accountability, precision, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, ideal client profiles, and new growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns via email, calls, and digital platforms
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads
  • Track interactions, optimize messaging, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular performance reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in outbound outreach and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability
  • Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based evaluation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital sales platforms
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred

  • Experience working with international markets and distributed teams
  • Familiarity with remote work environments and digital tools
  • Background in high-ticket B2B sales, consulting, or market entry
