We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team here at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln

About The Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team. You’ll be responsible for creating and presenting finance and product options to customers after the initial consultation with the sales team. It's important that you're confident with financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate and transparent information is shared.
You will also support the department in delivering the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process, helping the team meet performance targets. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, engaging directly with customers, and working alongside colleagues during both the first and second stages of customer interaction.
You’ll support the sale of new and used vehicles, along with additional products such as finance packages, paint protection, warranties, and insurance products—always with a focus on a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be someone who can:
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Build strong, respectful relationships with customers and colleagues
- Communicate clearly, both in person and in writing
- Use initiative and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally in the automotive industry
- A good understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
- Confidence managing customer inquiries in a clear, supportive, and inclusive way
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
