Job Descripti

onIn this role, you’ll collaborate with P&C Strategic Partners and Centres of Excellence to design impactful people solutions, then lead the implementation of these through structured change and project managemen

t.You’ll work closely with leaders and managers to embed best people practices, support positive working relationships, and ensure our policies are applied fairly and effectively. This may include supporting restructures and advising on complex employee matter
