We’re looking for 3 x dynamic and experienced IT Transformation Project Managers to lead the delivery of strategic, high-impact projects across our organisation. These roles are pivotal in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes that align with our governance and delivery standards.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across IT, Networks, Data, Digital, and Customer Operations, managing complex projects from inception to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.

What will I be doing?
- Lead the delivery of multiple transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain project delivery plans, RAID logs, and financial forecasts.
- Facilitate initiative delivery meetings with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project progress and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure robust governance, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Champion continuous improvement and agile, cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong and demonstrable track record within project management, delivering IT and business change initiatives across varied scales and outcomes within large scale multi-disciplined complex organisations.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical experts and third parties to develop costed technical roadmaps.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and reporting (capex and opex).
- Proficient in multiple project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
