Analyst - Customer Fulfilment (Process Support Team)

Function: Supply Chain – Shared Service Centre
About The Role

Analyst - Customer Fulfilment (Process Support Team)

About The Role
You'll provide support and expertise to the whole Customer Fulfilment Team for the following tasks (may not be limited to):
- Order Automation tools
- SAP trouble-shooting and SAP training/On-boarding
- SOAR compliance
- Reporting and Analytics
This role is a 12 month Fixed Term contract
We do not support International Relocation for this role.
Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- To work closely with other members of the Customer Fulfilment Collaboration Team and Centralised Operations Team as well as the Associate Managers to provide outstanding process support to all stakeholders.
- To work closely with OPEX team and Lean Champions to drive process improvements & standardisation within the department.
- Be the process expert, owner, trainer and main point of contact within (but not restricted to) the EMEA Customer Fulfilment function.
- Drive and deliver process-level improvements.
- Keep relevant training documentation accurate and available at all times
- Where applicable, represent EMEA CF team on Global SME program.
- Work with regional SMEs to standardize and/or implement global processes and tools.
- Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardization of processes & procedures across multiple countries.
- Order to delivery knowledge / experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong team player skills - supporting customer fulfilment teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and SAP knowledge and knowledge of Tableau, Power BI is an advantage
- LEAN mindset
- Flexibility/adaptability/willing to work across processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
