About The Role
Balfour Beatty are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Connect Plus Services (CPS) team based at South Mimms.
Within this role you'll support the human resources department in managing and maintaining employee-related records and processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the overall organisational goals by maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective HR processes

Connect Plus Services (CPS) brings together the collective strength of our parent companies - Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis Road Operation UK. What you'll be doing
As a HR Administrator You'll
- Respond to internal and external HR related queries or requests.
- Redirect HR related calls/correspondence to the appropriate person within the HR team.
- Maintain database of employee records
- Consult with all 3 parent company employee services to obtain information and support the team.
- Assist with new employee onboarding process.
- Maintain HR inbox, dealing and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sickness forms and return to work are filed on employees’ records.
- Collect HR metrics for monthly reports.
- Run ad hoc reports for team members
You'll Have/be
- Competent general IT skills
- Ability to multitask and respond to crucial requests
- Experience of working within an administrative, support role within a team environment
- Ability to remain calm and focussed on challenging situations
