We’re building a brand-new team to support three individuals in Darlington with complex needs in long-term supported living services. These packages are high-priority and demand consistency, compassion, and clinical professionalism.
You’ll work in 2:1 or 3:1 packages delivering structured, trauma-informed support in a safe, calm environment. If you’ve worked in Autism, PBS, LD, or complex mental health, and you genuinely care about making a difference – we want to hear from you.
Who We Are
Harmony Healthcare is a CQC-regulated provider of complex care, supporting both adults and children across the UK. We deliver nurse-led and community-based services with strong clinical governance, robust systems, and a commitment to safe, high-quality care. We don’t use agency staff, and we invest heavily in training and team consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting daily routines and structured activities
Managing behaviors that challenge using Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
Providing personal care, emotional reassurance, and practical help
Ensuring safety and dignity at all times
Working shifts including waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
What We’re Looking For
At least 12 months’ experience in Autism, LD, or Mental Health
Reliable, calm and resilient approach
Clear enhanced DBS or willing to apply
Available to start ASAP
