We are offering a pro-rata basic salary of £30,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a part-time, flexible role requiring 30 to 35 hours per week, with the added option of a 4-day workweek!

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and essential positions in our dealership. It’s more than just providing a service — it’s about building warm, trusted relationships with our customers.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop
  • Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work carried out


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing service role (essential)
  • A strong focus on customer care and relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
