Simulation Software Release Manager

Its flexible and customer-focused approach helps clients meet both technical and business goals. The company’s autonomous vehicle simulation platform, AVElevate,built on rFpro, enables safe, efficient testing and deployment of AV technologies in real-world scenarios.

About the Role:

As our Simulation Software Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Claytex’ s Modelica libraries products.

As our Simulation Software Release Manager your activities will include but not limited to

• Discuss and coordinate bugs and associated fixes reported for the libraries throughout the year.
• Lead the creation process of the Modelica library products.
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with release schedules.
• Coordinate with development teams to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Package the Modelica libraries into installable formats suitable for customer distribution.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify libraries meet performance benchmarks and functional specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding library installations and functionalities.

About you

Here’s some of the things we are looking for:

• Good understanding of Quality Assurance
• Experience creating and testing automated installers.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation of builds, packaging, and testing processes.
• Familiar with QA practices, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance validation.
• Experience in bug tracking and resolution for simulations and simulation results.

An advantage would be knowledge in Dymola/Modelica, YouTrack and TeamCity
