What you’ll do at Elekta

In this role, you’ll be part of the Global Customer Engagement function, working closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Sales. You will represent Elekta as a brand ambassador during customer engagements and be instrumental in shaping the customer experience at our Cornerstone campus. This includes executing marketing plans, coordinating visits, managing content, and driving high-quality engagement across digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for customer engagement and the UK legal entity.
Act as the lead coordinator for customer visits to the Cornerstone campus, ensuring a tailored and impactful experience.
Manage Experience Centre content and ensure technology enhances visitor interaction.
Support campaign development and communications across PR, social media, email, and web.
Create and manage content assets, presentations, and materials in line with Elekta branding.
Develop customer briefing plans and link engagement activities to CLM for tracking.
Engage with schools, universities, and local communities to promote STEM and Elekta outreach.
Support internal stakeholders with brand and message consistency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activity.
What you bring
You are a strong communicator with an innovative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are proactive, organized, and confident working across functions and cultures.
Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business, or a similar field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing tools, CMS platforms, and presentation software (PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong customer service mindset and a passion for branding and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Adobe tools and/or video editing is a plus.
Interest in healthcare and MedTech is desirable.
