Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our Group IT team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Infrastructure, this pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional digital experiences for users across the organisation. You will lead a global team, optimise operational processes, and drive innovation in end-user services to ensure secure, efficient, and user-focused digital solutions.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

  • Overseeing the delivery and performance of end-user services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Leading the design, development, and maintenance of digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and cohesive digital experience.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge services.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of digital professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring security best practices are embedded in all digital service deliveries.
  • Managing vendor relationships and influence service roadmaps.
  • Supporting user onboarding during integrations and acquisitions.
  • Acting as a key escalation point for complex issues and ensure compliance with ITSM standards.
  • Participating in audits, manage risks, and oversee asset tracking throughout device lifecycles.

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

  • Demonstrable experience in digital operations management or a related field.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in tools such as Entra AD, Intune, Autopilot, and application packaging.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring digital teams.
  • A strong track record of managing digital projects and services in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on innovation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience with physical collaboration technologies, including meeting room equipment.
