Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Basingstoke. The Assistant Manager will oversee store operations, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training employees, monitoring store performance, and implementing company policies. The role requires ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting the store manager in various operational tasks.
