At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, reliable and ready to get stuck in. As a Coordinator, you’ll help keep our telecoms projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our team, our clients and local councils to make sure everything stays on track.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing daily tasks linked to our Openreach contracts. You’ll raise permits for Streetworks and speak with local authorities and other partners. You’ll also keep in touch with clients to make sure we’re meeting their needs.
You’ll help keep our records in order and support the delivery team with admin tasks. You’ll also help solve problems when they come up and make sure we’re following all the right rules and policies.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference every day. If you’re good at staying organised, enjoy working with people and like to get things done, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll bring?
Coordinate and manage daily operations, prioritiSing workstack's and collaborating with supervisors and suppliers to determine resource needs and schedule works. Coordinate access arrangements, support the delivery team, and assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and escalations. We seek candidates with telecom or utilities industry experience, prior administrative roles, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications are essential. Ready to make a difference?
