Job Summary

IFC Certification is looking for a detail-oriented Business Support Scheduler to join our growing team in Aylesbury. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating auditor schedules, arranging travel and accommodation, and liaising with clients to ensure audits are planned and delivered efficiently and professionally. About The Role

  • Schedule and coordinate auditor assignments based on availability, location and competency.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm audit details, site access, and required documentation.
  • Arrange auditor travel and accommodation in line with policy and budget.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Maintain scheduling tools and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Respond to audit-related queries and support customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth audit execution.
  • Support improvements to scheduling processes and customer service.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics or scheduling is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £28,000 per annum
