We’re on the hunt for a talented Account Executive Coordinator to assist our Account Executives.

Responsibilities;

  • Manage the training schedule for new AE’s & DE’s.
  • Ensure that all quotes/sales have followed the correct process and invoiced correctly.
  • Inform the relevant departments of inceptions/lapses.
  • Manage the performance, workload and staffing levels within the BAU team, including development of appropriate measures to increase appointment numbers.
  • Liaise with insurers, clients and other departments to obtain information needed for quotations.
  • Work closely with the Area Sales Manager monitoring new business performance and renewal retention.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executives and the office.
  • Manage diaries and organise internal and external meetings.
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Act as a point of referral for colleagues.
  • A knowledge of Excel would be advantageous, but not essential.

What experience are we looking for?

It’s essential that you have some experience gained from within the Insurance Industry from a similar role and it would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, though we offer tons of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
