Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to consistently exceed manufacturer national averages in customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage departmental costs in alignment with the business plan, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service are maintained.
- Ensure accurate and consistent collection of customer data in accordance with Group policies and compliance standards.
- Uphold and enforce manufacturer guidelines and standards at all times.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized working environment for all team members.
- Oversee and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success.
