We are seeking a Senior Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our committed and compassionate transdisciplinary team. In this vital role, you'll contribute to improving outcomes for pupils by developing and implementing personalised PBS plans for those engaging in behaviours that challenge. Working in close collaboration with educational staff, therapists, and families, you'll be at the forefront of promoting person-centred practices that enhance quality of life, increase opportunities, and reduce risk.

- Conduct detailed risk assessments and functional behavioural assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor high-quality PBS plans.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of PBS Practitioners, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Deliver both direct and indirect interventions to support children and young people.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals to build capacity and understanding around behaviours of concern.
- Plan and deliver effective training to staff and stakeholders, evaluating its impact.
- Actively contribute to service evaluation, development, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain professionalism in challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Promote evidence-based practice and integrate the latest research into day-to-day work.
- Support the school's continued journey towards excellence in autism practice.
