As a Senior Recruitment / Early Talent Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment administration operations, supporting the administration lifecycle of hiring for our . programme, for Higher Apprentice, Graduate schemes, Internships and Apprenticeships. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Advertising: Promote opportunities across platforms like LinkedIn, Universities and job boards, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.
  • Assessment Centre Support: Help coordinate and manage engaging and effective assessment centres for early talent programmes.
  • Candidate Engagement: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates—providing updates, feedback, and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Assist with job offers, addressing candidate queries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Recruitment Admin & Reporting: Provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain accurate records, and generate insightful recruitment reports.
  • System & Process Support: Manage recruitment approvals and support the use of recruitment software tools.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external candidates to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
  • Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Raise offers letters for candidates & contracts
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees.
  • Taking ownership for and handling non-standard recruitment requests or issues; escalate if appropriate.
  • Accurately working within agreed SLA’s on a right first time basis.
  • To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Ensuring appropriate records are kept and enabling accurate reporting.

  • Experience with Workday, Sap HR & excel


Education/Qualification

  • Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) workday and SAP HR
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


What’s on Offer:

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 Depending On Experience
