The IT Regional Lead- EMEA will play a crucial role in transitioning Sensata Technologies to a global service delivery model. This position focuses on improving IT support and service delivery across the region, ensuring consistent solutions, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This role will also be responsible for partnering with the Sensata leaders in region to identify IT needs and filter them to the respective IT Team for execution, utilizing Sensata’s defined intake and prioritization process. This role is the regional IT leader serving as a single point of escalation for the business organizations and assisting with the identifying the prioritization of work that is needed to run day-to-day operations. Deploying standards, reducing complexity and adding value to our internal customers are key focus areas that this role will directly influence.

General Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units in the region.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs and objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between IT and the region, directing requests to the right IT business partner.
- Influence utilization of global services and break down silos.
- Provide feedback to the Global Client Services team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Serve as the in-region escalation point for IT service issues and critical incidents.
- Create and maintain asset management roster until the global asset management system is rolled out.
- Serve as the in-region "front room" for all audits, leveraging global service delivery leaders.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to IT projects and service delivery.
- Ensure vendors are engaged for the right reasons and at the right times.
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years+ Proven experience in IT service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of global service delivery models and IT support systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
