About The Role

Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Commercial Administrator to work in our Commercial department, supporting the Operations Team and Quantity Surveyors.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £28,000 ( DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Support Operational team in all daily commercial aspects.
  • Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of Application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales.
  • Facilitate production of cost reporting.
  • Aid collection and collation of data.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure change control process is managed effectively.
  • Accepts extra duties as situations arise.

Experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong desire to maintain client relationships whilst not compromising contractual entitlement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines
  • Forward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work.
  • Commercially and financially aware.
  • Experience in a commercial department would be advantageous
