Position:
We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is an hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey.
You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly and professional, with an excellent telephone manner
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Driven by delivering excellent customer service
- Ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications (any of the following):
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
- Or, minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients
- Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

- Salary: £25,396.80 per year (40 hours/week)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 – 19.000, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday mornings (08:00–13:00)
