At Medik8, we believe data is at the heart of impactful decision-making. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Tableau Developer to join our growing Data Team. This role is central to transforming how data is visualised and accessed across the business. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimising dashboards that empower teams to make data-led decisions with confidence.
Working closely with stakeholders and data engineers, you’ll ensure dashboards are not only technically robust but also intuitive, visually compelling, and performance-optimised. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing a data-driven culture, supporting engagement and adoption of Tableau across the organisation.

- Optimise dashboard performance to enhance speed, usability, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with data engineers to align dashboards with data models and pipelines
- Maintain and evolve existing dashboards to reflect changing business priorities
- Champion Tableau usage across the business, building and delivering user training and release communications
- Support the transformation of Tableau into a single source of truth for data across the organisation
- Ensure ongoing engagement with Tableau exceeds 90%, embedding its use into everyday decision-making
- Proven experience developing dashboards in Tableau
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query and manipulate large datasets
- Familiarity with data modelling and warehousing concepts
- A strong eye for visual design and user experience in data presentation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with agility and precision
- Tableau certifications (e.g. Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst)
- Experience with Tableau Prep or similar ETL tools
