Part Time Administrator

Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust are now looking for a part time administrator to support the Volunteer Engagement Team.
About the Role
Acorns Children's Hospice are a children's charity, offering specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families. Every year, we support over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families, including those who are bereaved.
As Volunteer Engagement Administrator, you will:
- Assist with general admin duties around recruitment of volunteers
- Monitor the volunteer inbox, responding to queries and escalating as needed
- Maintain the volunteer management system, keeping information current
- Support new volunteers through their onboarding journey by chasing references, DBS checks, ID information etc
About You
- Experience of working in an admin role
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal skills
- IT literate

- £12,121.20 for part time hours (£24,570 per annum for full time)
