The Opportunity
As our Social Media Assistant, you will join our ever-growing marketing department and help to run our social media platforms. You will report into our Social Media Manager and be involved in brand marketing, PR and seasonal Footasylum campaigns.
Being our Social Media Assistant has a range of differing responsibilities including creating content to sit across different platforms, scheduling content across all platforms, attending weekly photoshoots, calendar planning, data analysis, influencer outreach and communication and supporting on the overarching social strategy.
The Team
The entertainment marketing team functions as a part of the larger Marketing department and we work extremely closely with Creative, Ecommerce and the Studio team to bring creators and influencers to the table.
Reporting into the Social Media Manager you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.

What you will do:
- You will schedule in weekly social content across platforms.
- You will brief in Instagram stories and post.
- You will look after social calendar for the team with key social dates and trade moments.
- You will create weekly video content at the studio for social channels.
- You will edit weekly video edits from our long form YouTube uploads.
- You will edit social shot campaign content using Cap Cut & Premier Pro.
- You will attend campaign photoshoots to capture video and BTS content.
- You will align with brand team on all campaign launches and schedule in sufficient support.
- You will assist with influencer outreach and communications.
- You will maintain and implement TOV documentation and strategy.
- You will support in planning with social media deliverables.
- You will do weekly data analysis including use of social media tools (Dash Hudson) and web analysis (Google Analytics).
- Experience in managing social media accounts.
- Attention to detail.
- Creative mindset.
- Good knowledge of UK sports fashion.
- Experience in data analysis would be preferred.
- Experience in video editing would be preferred.
