Parts Technician

Position:

We are looking for a customer focused person to join our busy parts department at English Ford in Poole.

The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, punctual and a great team player as the dealership is always busy .IT literate and well presented, you will deal with customers face to face and over the telephone. Parts experience advantageous, but not essential.

Main duties will include:

• Telesales via internal and external customer base, covering trade & retail sales.
• Retail front counter
• Related and promotional up-selling
• Skilled depot & back counter duties
• General parts admin duties
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Great telephone and customer handling skills
• Quick to learn and retain information
• Positive attitude and good sense of humour
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
