Role Summary
As an ENSEK Business Analyst you are an integral part of evolving business processes and ideas. You will need to understand business operations, assess new solutions and liaise between business functions to communicate recommendations for improving the business.
In Professional Services Delivery we want to be a trusted delivery partner for clients and ENSEK alike. You’ll be working with a range of clients, so well-honed stakeholder skills are essential. A Business Analyst will need to take ownership for and co-ordinate review and analyse business processes with the support of a wider team.
Working as part of the Transformation Office, you will initially support with the Managed Service transformation. The work is incredibly varied, and the role means you get to interact with just about everyone in the business. As a key member within ENSEK’s Professional Services function, you’ll be expected to forge trusted and productive working relationships across all business functions, promote and implement best practice, whilst identifying and driving any opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Transformation Office in facilitating the Managed Services transformation
- Analyse business processes to determine effectiveness and identify opportunities to design/improve processes to drive efficiency
- Identifying any problems with the current business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements
- Oversee the implementation of approved process improvements
- Create documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
- Ensure the changes are delivered, for example, by overseeing the implementation of processes or a new approach.
- Monitor and evaluate new processes to improve the business performance with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients
- Contribute to training and support for people affected by new processes.
- Proven experience in business process analysis in a complex, multi-faceted software environment.
- Process Improvement and Change Management experience in a similar industry
- Experience of software delivery ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills and proven experience of business process mapping tools
- Ability to motivate, encourage and manage others
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to tailor to the audience
- Practised relationship management skills to develop and nurture relationships with clients, vendors and team members alike
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome
- Ability to keep calm when dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential when dealing with clients and internal teams, to deliver in line with expectations
- Hands-on, willing to roll their sleeves up to do what is necessary and possess the ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines.
