Reports To: The owners / Head of Production

Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days a week in central Leeds, Mon/Fri remote)

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role in a Nutshell

As the trusted Senior Event Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind major projects. You'll nurture client relationships and deliver events that are seamless, on time , and on budget .


Key Objectives


Live and breathe the agency values in every relationship and decision

Source and manage external suppliers accurately and on time

Keep the whole team informed with clear, timely comms

Ensure all docs are signed off internally & externally – from event bibles to H&S reports

Champion our creative services with clients, old and new

Deliver top-tier client servicing with glowing feedback and smooth project timelines

Manage budgets with 40%+ margins and clear reporting to Directors

Mentor junior team members with care and wisdom


Key Responsibilities


Project Management

  • Own the budget, documentation, client reports & on-site H&S delivery

Client Management & Relationships

  • Lead client comms, strengthen relationships, and hunt for growth opportunities

Production

  • Own AV & build delivery with suppliers, ensuring it matches the brief and the budget

Pitches

  • Lead pitch kick-offs with killer ideas and smart research

Creative

  • Brief the creative team, proof everything, and manage print processes flawlessly

On-site Support

  • Lead builds & live delivery, ensuring the client’s happy and the crew is supported

Communication

  • Share clear, filed documentation: reports, timelines, agendas & crew info

Event Operations

  • Take charge of all logistics: accommodation, travel & haulage

Project Task Lists

  • Update daily and share in the morning team huddles

Sustainability

  • Lead on green thinking – reuse, recycle, rethink
