The Role
Scrivens Property Department are looking for a Full-Time Property
Administrator. The position will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to the Head of Property, the successful candidate will be based full-time at Scrivens Head Office in Birmingham, B15 1PH.
The Company
Scrivens has an operational estate of approximately 170 stores throughout England and Wales, with smaller non-operational estate of approximately 15 offices, sub-let retail and residential units.
Areas Of Responsibility
You will have responsibility for;

Areas Of Responsibility
You will have responsibility for;
- Initial point of contact for the Property Team and for all property related matters – answering property related telephone queries and directing calls to the appropriate Property Team members.
- Monitoring and basic administration of the Property email Inbox.
- Day-to-day administrative work including scanning and filing of post, contractor correspondence and statutory compliance reports.
- Waste Management – Managing missed collections and coordinating revised waste collections dates via the appropriate waste management portal.
- Managing and coordinating 3rd party store inspections.
- Working with the Head of Property and Facilities Manager to coordinate the scheduling of repair and maintenance items for stores.
- Updating of property systems as necessary
- Previous history in a similar administrative or secretarial role within a commercial or residential property environment would be preferable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of professionals to deliver business objectives.
- Excellent communicator with good organisation skills, and an ability to independently manage team support and administrative office tasks
- Strong IT skills with familiarity with Microsoft office and Google documents
- Basic salary up to £28,000 pa (DOE)
- 37.5 hour working week - Monday to Friday in Birmingham Head Office (9am - 5:30pm)
- 20 days annual leave, plus 8 statutory bank holidays
