Description

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies within the financial services sector.
  • Monitor and report on risk-related issues in collaboration with the Risk & Compliance team.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas for improvement in processes and controls.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance matters to internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required by governing bodies.
  • Support senior management with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure timely adjustments to policies.


Profile

A successful Senior Compliance Associate should have:

  • A background in compliance, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in compliance or risk management.
