Description

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies within the financial services sector.
Monitor and report on risk-related issues in collaboration with the Risk & Compliance team.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas for improvement in processes and controls.
Provide guidance and training on compliance matters to internal teams.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required by governing bodies.
Support senior management with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure timely adjustments to policies.

Profile

A successful Senior Compliance Associate should have:

A background in compliance, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in understanding and applying regulatory requirements.
Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
