We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer with a strong background in care, coupled with a flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively across our franchise network and company-owned branches, supporting teams to meet key business objectives and maintain compliance excellence.

As a Franchise Training Partner, your primary focus will be on developing the skills and competencies of our colleagues throughout our company owned and franchise network.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding service.

Role Purpose

Prestige Nursing & Care is entering an exciting phase of growth, with new business and training initiatives being developed across both our company-owned and franchise branches. Our focus is on enhancing quality, safety, and care & clinical outcomes for every client we serve.

As a Franchise Training Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Franchise Owners and operational teams by equipping colleagues with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in their roles. Your work will directly contribute to the recruitment, retention, and ongoing development of high-performing care colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will help shape and deliver training programmes aligned with current legislative and regulatory requirements across England and Scotland. You will also act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that Prestige Nursing & Care's values and business objectives are consistently upheld.

While your remit will span all care and clinical roles, there will be a strong emphasis on supporting Franchise owners and branch teams to meet and maintain regulatory, legislative, and clinical competency standards.

Key Success Measures

Effective delivery and evaluation of training to care colleagues and branch teams.

Timely and accurate submission of training records to the Head of Quality.

A positive and professional candidate experience, with all new recruits trained to a high standard.

Achievement of key business performance indicators (KPIs).

This is a national role requiring a proactive, relationship-driven approach. You'll need a keen eye for detail, up-to-date knowledge of care legislation and clinical best practices, and a passion for innovative training delivery. Flexibility is essential, as occasional travel and out-of-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training modules tailored to the specific care, condition led care, and business needs of the franchise network.
  • Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions to franchise and branch colleagues, in line with company policies and current legislative requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and revise content as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of e-learning initiatives across the network.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating e-learning content to ensure alignment with the latest evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to ad hoc training needs across the business and franchise network, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate in the creation of new training programmes to meet evolving business demands.
  • Develop and deliver train the trainer and safety intervention training as required to throughout our company owned and franchise network.
  • Monitor trends and performance data to anticipate future training requirements.
  • Manage training schedules and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head of Quality and Training Coordinator on training outcomes, colleague engagement, and areas for development.
  • Contribute to improved colleague satisfaction and engagement through high-quality training experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the company's retention strategy by ensuring colleagues feel confident, competent, and valued.
  • Prepare and submit reports on training activities and outcomes as required.

Skills And Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Excellent training delivery skills
  • Commitment to ongoing development and upskilling to facilitate training programmes
  • Ability to build positive relationships with Franchise Owners, Branch Teams, Clinical Team, Central functions, and the Learning & Development Training Team
  • Work within agreed timescales
  • Any other task your line manager requires of you.
  • Professional in behaviour, manner, and appearance
  • An award in education and teaching (AET) or equivalent, or relevant experience of 2 or more years in a training would be desirable.
  • Experience of delivering training in the care industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer literate
  • A passion for managing and driving excellence.
