We have an opportunity for a Executive Director to join their team of staff in the Senior Management Team.
This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

We have an opportunity for a Executive Director to join their team of staff in the Senior Management Team.

Duties Of This Role Include
- Develop and lead the hospital’s annual strategic and operational plan, ensuring alignment with Circle Health Group’s (CHG) purpose and values.
- Act as the hospital’s Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and governance standards.
- Drive operational excellence by delivering safe, responsive, and well-led services, underpinned by data-driven planning and informed decision-making.
- Embed safety and quality into all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring decisions, processes, and activities meet the highest standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and learning using internal quality indicators, audit results, patient feedback, and performance reviews.
- Oversee CQC (or equivalent) compliance, lead inspection responses, and deliver regulatory requirements to maintain a minimum ‘Good’ rating, aiming for ‘Outstanding’.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position within a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare standards (e.g. CQC).
- Degree level education/ post-graduate qualifications or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record in leading teams, driving improvement, and delivering financial and operational targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
