Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and committed Primary Head of School to join our dedicated SEN provision.
Edison Pace School is a highly specialist, independent provision dedicated to supporting children and young people aged 7-16 with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and associated learning difficulties. Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing and aspirational environment where every learner can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
As Head of School, you will provide dynamic and strategic leadership, ensuring the highest standards of education, care, and safeguarding are consistently delivered. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will lead a committed multidisciplinary team and be responsible for driving whole-school improvement, embedding a trauma-informed, neurodiverse-aware approach to education and behaviour support.
