Private Client Account Handler

We're looking for a Private Client Account Handler to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Private Client Department. What You’ll Be Doing

• :Lead by example in the private client broking team, championing best practices and service excellence
• .Support Account Executives and Managers in acquiring, maintaining, and renewing high-value private client insurance portfolios
• .Play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring every interaction adds value and builds trust
• .Contribute to revenue growth through client retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities

What You’ll Brin

• g:Proven experience in private client or personal lines insurance, ideally with high-net-worth client
• s.A client-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle complex insurance need
• s.Strong knowledge of private client insurance products and the broking lifecycl
• e.Excellent organisational and communication skill
• s.Cert CII qualified (or working towards) is preferre
