We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full time basis contracted to 40 hours per week, based at Sedgebrook Hall, part of The Venues Collection.
We are looking for a Breakfast Cook with previous experience and a can do attitude and experience within a similar position in a hotel kitchen and can work in a busy environment. A chef with a minimum of level 2 food safety hygiene and able to work to deadlines whilst providing high quality breakfast dishes.
£14.39 per hour
Shift Pattern 5:30am to 2pm, 5 days over 7

Role Purpose
- You will be working with a wide range of breakfast products and serving fresh and tasty dishes to our guests.
- After breakfast service you will then assist with preparing for the lunch and evening service.
- Ensure all food is served to the required company standard
- Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
- Anticipate customer needs wherever possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction
- Be correctly dressed and understand the importance of high personal hygiene standards
- Abide by all company and legislative food standards
- Ensure that you are aware of, and uphold, all appropriate Risk Assessments

- Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
