About The Role
Are you passionate about property and driven by the thrill of helping people find their perfect home? We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team, where you will be at the heart of selling new build shared ownership homes across a variety of exciting developments.
In this role, you will do more than just sell homes—you will guide buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure a smooth, supportive, and timely service from first viewing to final handover.
You will be part of a friendly and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. This is a dynamic position that offers variety and challenge, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will have the chance to broaden your areas of expertise in an exciting role where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be required to travel, predominately covering Devon and Cornwall, but travel to other locations may be needed.

This role is being offered on a full time, 12 month fixed term basis, working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous support and excellent customer service to customers throughout the sales and conveyance process.
- Responsible for allocated schemes in different locations, ensuring the homes are always presented to their best.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure homes are advertised accordingly and preparation of marketing brochures.
- Organise and attend open events as required.
- Work closely with agents where required to achieve timely completions.
- Work closely with the Development team, attending sites as necessary to take handover of homes, and to make sure that the homes comply with specification and are to an acceptable standard.
- Attend monthly site meetings to track progress of homes against the sales programme.
- Follow procedures to secure empty homes in line with insurance requirements.

About The Candidate

- Excellent customer service combined with good organisational skills.
- Driven to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused and enthusiastic.
- A confident communicator with a collaborative approach and able to work as part of a team.
- The ability to make decisions and take responsibility, whilst working without constant supervision.
- Knowledge of conveyancing, mortgages along with an understanding of shared ownership.
- Have previous property sales and marketing experience in estate agents or similar.
- Have a full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you will be required to travel to various developments.
