About the role:

The Supply Planning Manager will primarily be responsible for capacity, reporting and material management. This role bridges strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, production, and inventory strategies.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Supply Planning Manager. Reporting to the Head of Brewery Supply Planning this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly RCCP, align with wider planning team and update long term material forecast.
  • Report on capacity risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure high data integrity and visibility across planning systems.
  • Ensure consistent approach across all sites and stakeholders
  • Partner with IT, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align planning systems and practices.
  • Act as a change agent to build planning maturity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Train and coach planning teams on processes, tools, and best practices.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience in supply chain planning, process improvement, or production planning roles in a manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Proven experience driving capacity and reporting, with a proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong expertise in ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning principles: S&OP, MRP, capacity planning, etc.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
