- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Area to drive overall business growth and performance.
- Monitor and drive sales performance across branches, ensuring sales and contribution targets are met.
- Manage P&L OPEX across branches to optimize financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead team development and leadership initiatives across branches, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee stock management across branches, ensuring availability and minimizing excess inventory through effective forecasting and planning.
- Drive colleague engagement through effective coaching and support, promoting a positive work environment and high morale.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of branch teams, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-branch collaboration and knowledge sharing to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and strategic positioning within the cluster.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each branch, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- The ability to organise and multitask effectively is crucial, and you must be able to communicate across all levels and deliver challenging messages.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, along with robust financial acumen in areas such as margin management, pricing, operational expenditure, and resource management.
