- Prepare client meeting packs, illustrations, and other essential paperwork, ensuring advisors are well-equipped.
- Handle client and provider queries professionally, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
- Assist with the ongoing management of our back-office systems and CRM.
- A diligent and organised approach to administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a readiness to learn industry-specific software.
