Description
The Project Coordinator will provide project coordinator services to the ParentPay Service Ops Delivery Team, assisting Project Managers to ensure all projects are delivered within timescale and budget whilst communicating expectations with the wider business. Involved in prioritisation of projects incoming and in backlog whilst also sticking to a strict onboarding process.
This role will lead the maturation and process improvement of the Service Ops Projects team alongside the Project Managers and Project Engineering Manager. Focused on delivering a high level of service to the business with all Service Ops related projects
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project managers with project planning along with the wider Group Service Ops team- Actively follow up tasks with Project Engineers to successful completion
- Coordinate project resource and budgets; obtaining the necessary Senior Management sign off where necessary
- Keep Project documentation up to date on SharePoint
- Assist Project Managers with monitoring of project progress
- Regular reporting to Senior Project Manager
- Liaise with key stakeholders on project progress
- Manage risks and issues effectively
- Liaison between project team and the wider business
- Liaise with Product Delivery teams on projects in the pipeline
- Work with Senior Project Manager on the Project Roadmap
- Ensure documentation is provided and updated by Project Engineers and stored on SharePoint
- Work with Group Procurement team where necessary
- Help set project governance as agreed with key stakeholders
- Assist Project Managers to complete hand over of projects to Business as Usual
- Coordinate small projects, supported by Senior Project Manager and Head of Service Ops Delivery
- Run lessons learnt reviews post project completion
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Prince2 Foundation or equivalent (desirable)- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making ability

- Ability to motivate wider project team
- High attention to detail

- Ability to plan own work-streams
