As a key player in our engineering team, you'll bring your electrical and mechanical know-how to ensure our bottling, bagging, filling, and labelling machinery stays running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll be a vital part of the engine that drives our mission to make health and wellness accessible to all.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of packaging and processing machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
- Ensuring equipment runs smoothly to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
- Communicating clearly with operations teams to keep production flowing
- Championing health & safety and GMP standards at all times
- Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- A strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with packaging, filling, labelling, and sealing machinery
- The ability to read and work from wiring diagrams and PPM schedules
- Awareness of PLC systems and engineering standards
- A hands-on approach with a “fix it right first time” mindset
