Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Wednesday - Saturday OR Sunday – Wednesday, 06.00am - 16.00pm & 12.00pm - 22.00pm

As a key player in our engineering team, you'll bring your electrical and mechanical know-how to ensure our bottling, bagging, filling, and labelling machinery stays running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll be a vital part of the engine that drives our mission to make health and wellness accessible to all.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of packaging and processing machinery
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
• Ensuring equipment runs smoothly to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
• Communicating clearly with operations teams to keep production flowing
• Championing health & safety and GMP standards at all times
• Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
  
  

To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:

• A strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Familiarity with packaging, filling, labelling, and sealing machinery
• The ability to read and work from wiring diagrams and PPM schedules
• Awareness of PLC systems and engineering standards
• A hands-on approach with a “fix it right first time” mindset
• Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and collaborative
