The main responsibility for Tuition Support Coordinator is to ensure a seamless experience for tuition based clients and educators working with Humly. You will support our clients and educators with admin tasks such as time reporting, timesheets, termly reports, student registers and general adhoc queries.

As Support coordinator you are a first class service star and you are responsible for making sure we keep high levels of service via phones, emails and the marketplace by responding to queries. As Support Coordinator you are first line support, it means you help our educators and clients with as many of the back office queries they may have.

The Support Coordinator reports directly to the Tuition Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Keep email, phone and Humly’s marketplace open during working hours
  • First-line support to all questions from our clients, educators and external contacts
  • Make sure we deliver excellent service to our clients and educators
  • Make sure clients receive student registers, termly reports and timesheets as per their requirements and in a timely manner
  • You are a strong team player and strive always to have an impact on the team's KPIs.
  • Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on the needs of the business. This may include but is not limited to supporting the wider Milton Keynes team, tutor retention and supported client visits.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong Google Suite (google sheets, google docs etc.) skills are required
  • Proactive problem solver. Be willing and able to try different approaches and be open to change and new possibilities
  • Be a people person. You will spend a lot of your day communicating to tutors and clients. You will provide excellent service to everyone you engage with
  • Have an analytical mind. Be able to see the bigger picture and extrapolate data to identify growth opportunities and strengths
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding requirements in education or a similar sector is preferred
  • Work collaboratively with everyone on the operations team. Our Humly Milton Keynes office is a small, collaborative and supportive workplace. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team, and will continue the energy and positivity of our workplace
  • A minimum of 3 years education administration or support role experience is preferred
  • Working in office is preferred, but a strong candidate based in other regions would be considered
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
