Vacancy for Personal Assistant to the Principal

Salary: Grade 8, Point 19-24

Hours: 37 hours, 40 weeks


We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Principal to join the fantastic team at North Cambridge Academy! If you are passionate about making a difference and contributing to the success of young lives thriving in education, this is the job for you. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who possesses strong administration and communication skills to support our principal. You will provide a solution-based outlook and work proactively to complete multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.


The Opportunity:

  • Contributing valuable support to the smooth running of the school and success of the young people who attend North Cambridge Academy.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good educational background, including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Strong administration skills, including solution-based outlook on how to resolve tasks.
  • Ability to proactively contribute to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
  • Be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Be a team player, with a ‘can do’, solution focused, attitude.
