Job Title: Account Executive - Diabetes
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Overview:
We're hiring an Account Executive Diabetes to support Novo Nordisk. This remote, service focused role involves engaging Healthcare Professionals, in primary care and retail pharmacy by phone. You'll provide product and therapy area information, support promotional and educational campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams.
Ideal for candidates with customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain effective professional relationships
* Collaborate with field sales representatives
* Meet performance targets and track activity in CRM
* Ensure compliance with ABPI and company SOPs
* Attend remote and occasional in-person meetings/training
Requirements:
* Degree preferred or relevant experience
* 2+ years in customer service or a public-facing role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable with digital tools
* Must pass the ABPI exam within 12 months
