Kitchen Designer

We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our worktop and kitchen showroom who shares our commitment to creating and delivering high-quality, beautifully designed kitchens and worktops. If you’re driven by turning a customer’s vision into reality and enjoy seeing a project through design to delivery this could be the job for you. What you’ll do

As a key member of our design and sales team, you’ll guide clients through the entire kitchen journey—from initial consultation to kitchen delivery. You’ll liaise with customers and tradespeople and uphold exceptional service standards throughout.

Responsibilities

· Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner

· Manage and prioritise multiple customer projects and sales queries

· Document and track customer requirements accurately

· Create inspiring and precise kitchen designs using CAD software

· Present design proposals confidently and clearly to clients

· Update and amend sales orders as needed

· Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers

· Log, monitor, and resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

· Take part in ongoing training, both mandatory and optional

· Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and industry trends

· Arranging product displays and maintaining a clean, tidy and safe showroom for all internal and external customers.

· Supporting your fellow team members as well as working closely with other areas of the business.

· Working to the company’s standards and service level agreements as well as your own individual performance goals and targets.

What we’re looking for

· Proficiency in CAD software (experience with ARTICAD and KBB would be desirable)

· Previous experience in a kitchen design role is essential

· Strong customer service background and communication skills

· Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload

· Creative, solution-oriented mindset with an eye for detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
